Executive and career coaching
On a limited basis, I provide one-on-one executive/management coaching. True to my purpose of finding the easy way to change behavior, I use NLP (neurolinguistic programming) techniques to help you reach your goals. I don't use notebooks, logs, or require much in the way of self-discipline. Instead, I find the root cause of the behavior and help you change that. I have both Practitioner and Master Practitioner certifications from the NLP Center of New York City. Although I can address a wide range of career issues, I specialize in:
Team coaching
I am also certified in the Life Orientations LifO assessment tool and have used that improve team communications collaboration, and overall performance. I also use the Thomas Kilmann conflict mode instrument to help you turn conflict into collaboration. I usually combine NLP techniques with these tools so don't expect strict adherence to these methods!

It's not our logical mind at the controls; it's our subconscious mind calling the shots. Yet, the majority of our training is directed at our logical mind.

Sanity Savers
Although we worry about the big issues, like meeting a project deadline or getting a software upgrade right, more often it's the little things that wear us down, like being overloaded with email, endless meetings that serve no purpose, conference calls that never reach a conclusion,.....
